As you can see, currently only 10% of the content of this game is functional. This is my first project using Phaser, which I completed independently, and also my first time participating in a game jam. Therefore, it's always a bit underwhelming. I plan to fill the content of this project to over 90% in the next month. If you have any suggestions, please feel free to let me know. Thank you all.
Game Objective: Gather various card combinations in the poker deck to acquire resources, advance the development of the kingdom, and fend off disasters.
four of a kind | get four advanced basic cards and select one power to develop. |
full house | upgrade one type of card. |
flush | obtain all the resources and advanced cards. |
straight | obtain all the resources. |
flush + straight | obtain all the resources and advanced cards twice. |
three of a kind | Obtain a duplicate of one of the cards. |
pair | Acquire one of the resources. |
high card | Acquire one of the resources. |
In the game, I have designed nine different cards, each with its own function as follows:
crystal | One of the most important resources, consuming crystals each time you play a card. When you run out of crystals, disasters will strike. |
wood | Used for upgrading cards or resisting disasters. |
stone | Used for upgrading cards or resisting disasters. |
food | Used to provide food for the people |
people | One of the most crucial resources; if there are no people within the kingdom, the game fails. People are essential for warfare, construction, and research. |
force | Advanced power. Enhances defense against disasters, enables hunting, and even allows attacks on other countries. |
belief | Advanced power. Improves the quality of the people, deletes cards, and may trigger miracles. |
research | Advanced power. Under the power of science, multiple enhancements lead to gradual strengthening. |
disaster | Various unexpected disasters. |
